This covers the process of getting it where you physically go in personally to the office.
I know there is a way to do it online (that is also UNRELIABLE).
I followed this exact procedure in June of 2022 and it worked for me in Fortaleza.
This process should be nearly identical regardless of which Brazilian office you walk into.
