My Favorite Hotel in Fortaleza, $38 USD per night

Breakfast is included, and it is pretty darn good.
The internet was acceptable, but not sufficient for stuff like video uploads.
Centrally located and secure, security cameras on every floor.
Very comfortable beds.
Friendly owner, who is often working the front desk.
This hotel, The San Philip Flat Hotel, is in Fortaleza, Brazil is about $38 USD per night as of 2022. It comes with a pretty good breakfast included. The name is San Phillip Flat Hotel, Avenida Padre Antonio Tomas, #50, in the Aldeota neighborhood of Fortaleza. The area is quite secure and centrally located as well. I ended up getting a slight discount because I was paying on a week by week basis. One thing to note: the wifi is not that great here. However, the Brazilian mobile internet provider TIM more than made up the slack when the wifi was not on point. Here is the link to it on google maps:
